How it works:
- Text your property's AnaDesk number with a short description of the issue (e.g. "leak in kitchen").
- You'll receive an automated confirmation and may be asked clarifying questions.
- Your landlord or property manager is notified and you'll get status updates by SMS.

Privacy Policy
1. Overview. AnaDesk ("we", "us", "our") provides a property maintenance management platform used by landlords, property managers, and their tenants. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information We Collect. Account information (name, email, phone, role); property information (names, addresses, units); maintenance request information (SMS messages, photos, descriptions, timestamps, status updates); usage information (log data, device information, analytics).
3. How We Use Information. To receive, log, route, and respond to tenant maintenance requests; to send transactional SMS and email updates about request status; to provide landlords and managers with dashboards and reporting; to secure our service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
4. SMS Messaging. Tenants initiate contact by texting our dedicated support number provided by their landlord or property manager. By texting in, the tenant consents to receive automated transactional reply messages (request confirmation, clarifying questions, and status updates) related to the maintenance issue they reported. Message frequency varies based on the tenant's request activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.
5. Sharing of Information. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share information only with: the landlord or property manager who operates the property associated with a maintenance request; service providers that operate our infrastructure (cloud hosting, SMS delivery, email delivery) under confidentiality agreements; authorities when required by law. Mobile information collected as part of SMS messaging (such as phone numbers and message content) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Data Retention. We retain account, property, and maintenance request data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations.
7. Security. We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.
8. Your Choices. SMS opt-out: reply STOP. Email opt-out: use the unsubscribe link. Access / deletion: contact us.

2. Description of Service. AnaDesk is a property maintenance management platform that allows landlords and property managers to receive, track, and resolve maintenance requests submitted by tenants via SMS, web, or email.
3. SMS Messaging Program.
- Program name: AnaDesk Maintenance Support.
- Program description: Tenants text our dedicated support number to report maintenance issues at their rental property. Our system replies with automated transactional messages confirming receipt, asking clarifying questions (such as the property address and a description of the issue), and providing status updates as the request is processed and resolved.
- Message frequency: Recurring, transactional. Frequency varies based on the tenant's maintenance request activity.
- Message & data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed; no further messages will be sent.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@anadesk.com.
- Supported carriers: Messaging is supported on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: Mobile information collected for SMS messaging is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Acceptable Use. Do not use the Service for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes; do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service; do not submit content you do not have the right to submit.
6. Fees. Paid plans are billed according to the pricing presented at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Disclaimers. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnaDesk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time.
