AnaDesk is a property maintenance management platform that allows landlords and property managers to receive, track, and resolve maintenance requests submitted by tenants via SMS, web, or email.
Program name: AnaDesk Maintenance Support.
Program description: Tenants text our dedicated support number to report maintenance issues at their rental property. Our system replies with automated transactional messages confirming receipt, asking clarifying questions (such as the property address and a description of the issue), and providing status updates as the request is processed and resolved.
Message frequency: Recurring, transactional. Frequency varies based on the tenant's maintenance request activity.
Message & data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed; no further messages will be sent.

Supported carriers: Messaging is supported on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. Mobile information collected for SMS messaging is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing presented at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that all maintenance requests will reach their intended recipient instantly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnaDesk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason in our reasonable discretion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
